FAQ

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We are an out-of-network provider. All payments must be paid upfront and we can provide you with an invoice or super bill to get reimbursed from your insurance company. We recommend calling your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network coverage. If you have out-of-network benefits you may be reimbursed for 50%-80% of your investment from your insurance company. Often your out-of-pocket expense can be as little as your copay when all is said and done. If your employer offers a Health Savings Account (HSA) we can accept that as payment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require 24 business hours' notice for cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged for the full fee of the session.

HOW DOES CONFIDENTIALITY WORK?

Everything that is said during a therapy session is completely confidential with three exceptions: 1) if a child is in danger, 2) if you are in danger of harming yourself, or 3) if you are planning on harming another person. *See Couples Secrets Policy for Couples Therapy. *See Minors confidentiality for Teenage, Children and Family Therapy.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept HSA accounts, checks, cash, and all major credit cards, A credit card on file is required to book an appointment, but payment can be made at the time of session via the methods above.
