    The workshop offers couples a safe environment where they can cool down distress, understand one another better, and create the connection they desire. Couples will learn the science of love and attachment to create a sense of closeness, trust, and intimacy with one another.

Join us for a Hold Me Tight Workshop for Couples, led by Emotionally Focused Couples Therapists Julie Ingber, LMHC and Rebecca Maxwell, LMFT.

In this workshop you will learn to:

 

  • Identify and interrupt negative cycles that keep you stuck

  • Create more positive communication patterns

  • Strengthen connection and intimacy

  • Learn about deeper needs that drive us to “poke” our partner or pull away

  • See your partner in a new way and connect more deeply
