Online Betrayal Trauma Support Group
Experiencing betrayal through infidelity, addiction, or emotional abuse can be one of life's most devastating challenges. It's important to remember that you don't have to face it alone. This group is designed for betrayed partners seeking guidance and support after discovery.
Led by Tesa Saulmon, LMHC, CSAT, a licensed therapist who specializes in betrayal trauma, infidelity, and addiction recovery, guidance and support for betrayed partners navigating the aftermath of betrayal.
The support group offers a small, secure environment for up to 12 women to start their healing journey in an online format. The live sessions blend lectures, Q&A, and open discussions to support all participants.
The support group addresses topics such as:
1) Understanding Trauma and Betrayal Trauma, and evidence-based healing methods
2) Setting boundaries and consequences with loved ones
3) Recognizing the impact on mind, body, and emotions, and regaining control
4) Tools for healing post-discovery: overcoming fear of vulnerability, rebuilding trust, reconnecting with instincts, and addressing shame

Group Commitment & Structure
This betrayal trauma support group is intentionally designed to prioritize emotional safety, trust, and consistency—because healing from betrayal requires more than just showing up; it requires feeling safe enough to be real.
Monthly Billing with a 12-Week Commitment
The group is billed on a month-to-month basis at $200 per month. While billing is monthly, there is a required 12-week commitment to participate in the group.
This commitment exists for one important reason: safety.
Betrayal shatters trust. For many participants, trusting anyone—especially strangers—feels nearly impossible. In this group, members often share experiences, thoughts, and emotions that no one else in their life knows. The 12-week commitment helps create a stable, predictable environment where members can begin to trust that the people in the room will remain consistent and invested.
This is not a revolving-door group. The commitment allows members to show up knowing others are doing the same—for themselves and for one another.
Early Departure & Extenuating Circumstances
While the expectation is a 12-week commitment, I understand that unexpected life circumstances can arise. In rare cases of extenuating circumstances, members have reached out directly, and we have had thoughtful conversations about next steps.
However, per the group agreement, there are no refunds for early cancellation.
Ongoing Group Format
This is an ongoing group, not a closed 12-week cohort that starts and ends at the same time. Once the group reaches 12 members, enrollment is closed to keep the group small, supportive, and emotionally safe.
Some members have been part of the group since its beginning, while others may have joined more recently. Topics are designed so that joining at different points does not place you behind. New members are supported as they integrate, and the group naturally holds space for both long-term and newer participants.
