Erin Cerrato, LMHC

 

Hi, my name is Erin Cerrato! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor MH10637, in the state of Florida. I earned both my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of North Florida. Outside of counseling, my roles as a wife and mom—guided by my faith—keep me grounded in the daily joys and challenges of family life.

 

My approach to working with children, teens, adults, and families, is rooted in creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to share their stories, find hope, and begin the healing process.

 

I believe each person is created by God with unique value and purpose. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I am called to walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and practical tools for growth. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and play therapy when working with children.

At the request of the client, I am happy to integrate a biblical worldview into our sessions. It would be an honor to support you on your journey toward peace, healing, and renewed strength.
