Erin Cerrato, LMHC
Clinical Administrator

Hi, my name is Erin Cerrato! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor MH10637, in the state of Florida. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. With more than 15 years of experience in both private practice and community mental health settings, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a wide range of life's challenges.

Outside of counseling, my roles as a wife and mother—guided by my faith—bring me immense joy and fulfillment. These experiences enrich my perspective, strengthen my compassion, and continually remind me of the importance of connection, growth, and embracing life's meaningful moments.
I truly enjoy being able to work with clients both in my role as Clinical Administrator and in counseling sessions. I feel called to support the practice, our therapists, and the clients we serve. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute in a variety of ways, and I truly value the different roles I’m able to serve in at JCS.

My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to share their stories, gain insight, and begin the healing process. I believe that meaningful change occurs within a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I am committed to walking alongside my clients with compassion, encouragement, and practical support.
I believe that each person is uniquely created by God with inherent value, purpose, and worth. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I am honored to help you identify your strengths, develop effective coping skills, and move toward greater emotional well-being and personal growth.

I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. At the request of the client, I am also happy to integrate a biblical worldview into our work together.

Seeking support takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and move toward peace, renewed strength, and lasting hope.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
